Mulch Fundraiser
Reminder
Attention all CE Booster Club Members:
Our "Mulch Fundraiser" has begun. Order forms are at the gym, please have checks made out to CE Booster Club. Each gymnast must participate to make this Fundraiser a success, all orders are due March 11th, Delivery of mulch sold will take place the weekend of March 21st. Please contact Charisse with any questions.

- Membership Information Packet that is being put in place by the board of directors for the upcoming season. Draft copies available.
- Booster Coach Fee Policy is being put in place by the Board of directors. Draft copies available. Will discuss coach fees next monthly booster club meeting.
- Fundraising:
With all the many great ideas for fundraisers, it is a group effort. So, to insure we have the “man-power”, please have a group of 5 club members to pursue ideas in fundraising. Feel free to present ideas at the monthly club meetings.
Mulch Fundraiser coming soon for Spring. Remember, this is a good opportunity to reduce the coach fees for everyone!

Thank you to everyone who could make it to our Christmas Party! The gymnast had lots of fun
and there was plenty of food provided by the families there. If you were unable to make the part, we would like to get your handprint on the wall. Please set up a time with Jenney to bring the paint in.

Wreath fundraiser total funds raised $908!! These funds will go toward bringing down the
total cosr of coaches fees. Thank you to all the families who participated in this group effort. A
big thank you to our Top Seller Jonathan Carrier and family with a total sells of $667.50.

Hugs & Kisses Meet info
Hello All!
I received the information in regard to the upcoming Hug & Kiss Meet this evening. I thought I would share it with all of you since it is considered a distance meet and a number of us will need to reserve hotel rooms to travel early or late in the day.

Session 1B - Xcel Bronze - 4:00pm Start Time
Saturday 2/8/14
Session 2A - Level 3 Ch (Noelle & Olivia) - 8:00am Start Time
Session 2C - Level 3 Sr (Eliza & Isabella) - 12:45 Start Time
Session 2E - Level 8 Sr (Caitlyn) - 7:00pm Start Time
Sunday 2/9/14
Session 3D - Xcel Silver & Gold - 3:10pm Start Time
Session 3E - Level 7 (Hannah) - 5:55pm Start Time
There are a few "Host" hotels in the area, you can visit them by clicking here . If you are not planning on staying the night, please keep in mind that it takes approximately 2.5 hours to get to the meet location. You can use the attached link to find directions.
I'm not positive if there is an admission fee at this particular meet, there isn't much info on their website. As with all the out of state meets however, plan accordingly!
If anyone has any questions or problems in regard to this meet in particular please don't hesitate to contact me directly. I'm hoping to have the information for Rainbow Classic and Stafford Royals to all of you in the next week or two... They just haven't released their schedules yet!

Holiday Practice schedule
Holiday practice schedule for the week after Christmas is as follows: Team Girls will practice 27, 28, 30 from 9a-1p. We will resume our normal practice schedule on Friday, January 3.
Xcel girls will practice on the 27th & 30th from 9a-1p. Normal practice will resume on Thursday, January 2.
