1.      Finances: Treasure Report and Statements in Folders. Contact Charisse Woodward with any questions regarding your account and money due. 540-686-0140 charisse.woodward@yahoo.com .    

2^nd Assesment of meet registration fees due September 15^th $300 in each gymnast account. Please note payment is late October 1^st with a $75 late fee charge. If you do not submit payment your gymnast will not get registered. 

2. Old Business:

Ø  Approve last meeting min??

Ø  Zumba Fundraiser is set for 11/1/2014 for the 2014-2015 Season, more info to follow. This is a Gym Fundraiser not Boosters.

Ø   WE ARE TAX-EXEMPT!! Thank you to everyone that worked this past year in these long efforts to get this set up!!!! Opens the door for more opportunity to raise $$$$$$$

Ø  State Paperwork Still Pending to Fundraise.

Ø  2014-2015 Meet Schedule is posted on the blog, subject to change.

Ø  Seasonal Monthly Calendar Changes and Updates

Ø  Board is working on a Flex Plan for Fundraising

Ø   Allowing Training Team to participate in Fundraising, why and how? 

Ø  If you have a Fundraising idea please fill out a form, submit and you will be placed on the next agenda to present your fundraising idea.

Ø  September 20th  Game Night Volunteers / Every 3^rd Saturday 5:00pm-9:00pm

Ø  Possible popcorn fundraiser presentation.

Ø  Photo Day Fundraiser Presentation

Ø  October Wreath Fundraiser

Ø  Scrip Fundraising

Ø  Martin Cards Fundraising

Ø  Team Photos will be November 8^th 9:00am at the gym, mark your calendar all gymnast need to be in team photo.
