Game Night Volunteer Information

Game Night Volunteers Plan of Operation:

§  Every 3^rd Saturday of the month 5:00-9:00pm

§  4 hours of fun and games, please have a least a couple of games per hour along with free play.

§  Pizza & Soda is included for paying customers. Pick-up or delivery (20% tip), order only enough for kids participating and save receipt, submit with reimbursement form.  Close doors at 6:30pm if no customers arrive. 

§  2 Booster Club member adult volunteers will conduct the games while supervising kids. At least one volunteer must be CPR & First Aid Certified, USAG Certification Preferred.

§  Cost for member $20 each sibling after $5, waiver must be signed for siblings.

§  Cost for nonmembers $25 each sibling after $10, waiver must be signed.

§  Payments and sign-in upon entering (parents need to sign in child and leave a Contact #).Checks made out to CE Booster Club held with cash in an envelope with a list of all in attendance. Leave in booster box at the end of the night.

§  If an injury occurs; Adult Volunteer must assess the injury and call 911 if necessary. An accident report must be filed and parent notified.

§  Children must be able to follow directions and be potty trained if being dropped off, otherwise parent will need to be present.

§  Children are not permitted to use Uneven Bars unless a coach is there to supervise. ( Uneven Bars are available for gymnast to use during scheduled practice or Open Gym )

§  Only one child permitted in the pit area at a time under adult supervision. More than one child in the pit is a safety hazard.

§  Only one child permitted on the tumble track at a time. More than one child on tumble track is a safety hazard.

§  No shoes, food, gum, or drink on mats or near spring floor. (please use waiting area)

§  Clean up and place all equipment where it belongs. Trash goes behind building in the dumpster. Please turn off all lights and heating or air.

§  Always use best judgment in any situation with safety being first.

Game Suggestions: Freeze Tag, Dodge Ball, Hula Contest, Handstand Contest, Simon Says, Wheel Barrow Race, Push up contest, Potato Sack Race, Pirates, Red Rover, Dance Off………
