A.Finances : Statements are in your folder. Treasurer Report given in meeting.

• Second Assessment of meet registration fees due September 15th $300 in each gymnast account. Please note payment is late October 1st with a $75 late fee charge. If you do not submit payment your gymnast will not get registered.
B. Old Business:
• Last meeting minutes approved by those in attendance.
• Zumba Fundraiser is set for 11/01/2014 for the 2014-2015 season, more info to follow. This is
a gym fundraiser not Boosters.

• WE ARE TAX-EXEMPT!! Thank you to everyone that worked this past year in these long
  efforts to get this set up!!! Opens the door for more opportunity to raise $$$$
  
• State paperwork still pending to fundraise
  • 2014-2015 Meet Schedule is posted on the blog, subject to change. See final draft.
  C. New Business:
  • Meet Registrations and Updates: Boys are registered for Survivor, Excalibur Cup and Flip for
  fight. JO Level are registered for Cornucopia, Christmas, Hugs, and flip for the fight. Xcel are
  registered for Hugs and Flip for the fight.
  • Seasonal Monthly Calendar changes and updates were emailed. Dates of assessments were
  changed and late fees added.
  

• Board is working on a Flex Plan for Fundraising. Flex plan explained. Flex plan fundraising committee volunteers needed. Jenney Perloff to chair.
  
• Allowing Training team to participate in fundraising- become a booster member and participate in new fundraisers using flex plan.
  
• If you have a fundraising idea, please fill out a form and submit. You will be placed on the next agenda to present your fundraising idea.
  
• September 20th Game night volunteers/every 3rd Saturday 5:00-9:00pm. Charisse Woodward volunteering Sept 20th.
  
• Popcorn fundraiser has 5 volunteers. Bulk sale in Fall and individual sale in Spring.
  
• Photo day fundraiser possibility for Spring.
  
• October wreath fundraiser- ordering packets.
  
• Scrip fundraiser- use for flex plan. Can make your own account once Boosters sets it up.
  
• Martins Cards fundraiser- use for flex plan
  
• Online Charity Fundraising- Google search or Amazon Smile.
  
• Gofundme.com- a way your family and friends can donate to your gymnast. money can be
  deposited into your bank account.
  
• Team photos will be November 8th 9:00am at the gym, mark your calendar. All gymnasts need to be in team photo.
  • Stay informed at General Membership Meeting 2nd Thursday of each month 6:30pm at the gym.

September 15^th – 2^nd Meet Registrations Assessment due (estimated $300 per gymnast)

October 1^st - Late Fee for registrations not submitted on time when 2^nd Installment has not been paid, gymnast may not get registered.

October – Wreath fundraiser begins

October 15^th   – Additional Meet Assessment fees due for Team Girls and Gymnast who qualify for additional meets, fee depends on additional meets, and an invoice will be provided for each gymnast with a balance.

November 1^st - Late Fee for registrations not submitted on time when Additional Assessment has not been paid, gymnast may not get registered.

November 15^th - Coaches Fee Assessment due (Estimated $200 per gymnast)

December 1^st - Coaches fees Installment has not been paid it will be considered late and gymnast will be removed from remaining meets until coach fee is submitted.

Mock Meet October 18th 2014

Please mark your Calendar for October 18th 2014 for a Mock Meet to be held for our Female Competitive Gymnast at the CE Gym. More details with times will follow.

Each year a Mock Meet is set up with a certified judge to evaluate our competitive gymnast in efforts to help prepare them for their first Meet. Gymnast will be evaluated and scored based on their level of competition.
