Attention all CE Booster Club Members:
Our "Mulch Fundraiser" has begun. Order forms are at the gym, please have checks made out to CE Booster Club. Each gymnast must participate to make this Fundraiser a success, all orders are due March 11th,  Delivery of mulch sold will take place the weekend of March 21st. Please contact Charisse with any questions.

1. Old Business

• Last meeting minutes first approved by all those in attendance and second by J.Ruch.
• Paperwork is still pending for club status.  Will continue to operate as a non profit status.
• Competitive Edge is bringing home awards from meets! Feedback from meets shared.

1. New Business

• Competitive Meets: Meet Coordinator emails all the information in detail as soon as it is released. Please contact Jessica Redden with any questions. State Meet is the last meet of the season.
• Membership Information Packet that is being put in place by the board of directors for the upcoming season. Draft copies available.
• Booster Coach Fee Policy is being put in place by the Board of directors. Draft copies available. Will discuss coach fees next monthly booster club meeting.
• Fundraising:

   With all the many great ideas for fundraisers, it is a group effort. So, to insure we have the “man-power”, please have a group of 5 club members to pursue ideas in fundraising. Feel free to present ideas at the monthly club meetings.

    Mulch Fundraiser coming soon for Spring. Remember, this is a good opportunity to reduce the coach fees for everyone!

1. Open Discussion / Questions and Concerns: Any questions / concerns about the gym was discussed with Tammy.

1. Assignments

• Check gymnast accounts to be sure you are up to date with money due
• Stay informed at General Membership Meeting, 2nd Thursday of each month 6:30 pm at the gym.
• Check folders and bulletin board at the gym for informative handouts.
• Check CE Booster Blog for updates and info, subscribe your email at http://cebooster.blogspot.com/
