Four Hours of Fun and Games at the CE Gym

Hosted By, Competitive Edge Booster Club

Every 3^rd Saturday of each month

5:00pm to 9:00pm

483 Fort Collier Road, Winchester VA 22603

Cost is $20 per member and an additional $5 for each sibling.

Nonmembers need to sign a waiver and cost is $25 per child and an additional $10 for each sibling.

Pizza and Soda will be included. Payment is due at the door checks to be made out to Competitive Edge Booster Club. Children must be able to follow directions and be potty trained if being dropped off.

II.Agenda Topics
A.Finances : Statements are in your folder. Treasurer Report given in meeting. • $150 due to gymnast account for coaches fees by January 31,2014

B. Old Business:

• Last meeting minutes approved by those in attendance.
  
• Paperwork is still pending for club status.
  
• Team store will not be set up by Booster club.
  
• Congratulations for a job well done to our gymnast who competed in Baltimore at “Christmas
  on the Chesapeake”!!
  
• Thank you to everyone who could make it to our Christmas Party! The gymnast had lots of fun
  and there was plenty of food provided by the families there. If you were unable to make the part, we would like to get your handprint on the wall. Please set up a time with Jenney to bring the paint in.
  C. New Business:
  • Competitive Meets: Meet Coordinator emails all the information in detail as soon as it is

  • Fundraising:
  Wreath fundraiser total funds raised $908!! These funds will go toward bringing down the
  total cosr of coaches fees. Thank you to all the families who participated in this group effort. A
  

big thank you to our Top Seller Jonathan Carrier and family with a total sells of $667.50. Please see fundraising flyer.
“Bling Show” January 28,2014 at the gym 5:00pm-8:00pm. 25% of the jewelry sold will be donated to the booster club along with prizes and incentives for sells. Please see Information flyer. Bring your friends and family to shop and find something special for Valentines Day.
With all the many great ideas for fundraisers, it is a group effort so to insure we have the “man- power” please have a group of 5 club members to pursue ideas in fundraising. Feel free to present ideas at the monthly club meetings.

Hugs & Kisses Meet info

Hello All!
I received the information in regard to the upcoming Hug & Kiss Meet this evening. I thought I would share it with all of you since it is considered a distance meet and a number of us will need to reserve hotel rooms to travel early or late in the day.

There are a few "Host" hotels in the area, you can visit them by clicking here . If you are not planning on staying the night, please keep in mind that it takes approximately 2.5 hours to get to the meet location. You can use the attached link to find directions.

I'm not positive if there is an admission fee at this particular meet, there isn't much info on their website. As with all the out of state meets however, plan accordingly!

If anyone has any questions or problems in regard to this meet in particular please don't hesitate to contact me directly. I'm hoping to have the information for Rainbow Classic and Stafford Royals to all of you in the next week or two... They just haven't released their schedules yet!
