Holiday Practice schedule

Holiday practice schedule for the week after Christmas is as follows: Team Girls will practice 27, 28, 30 from 9a-1p. We will resume our normal practice schedule on Friday, January 3.
Xcel girls will practice on the 27th & 30th from 9a-1p. Normal practice will resume on Thursday, January 2.

1. Finances: Statements are in your folder. If you have questions about your balance, please email Charisse (charisse.woodward@yahoo.com). $8.33 due per gymnast for coaches gifts. Please have enough money in your account for the meet fees.  Treasurer Report: Checking Accounts- Deposits 5017.90, Transactions 2538.77, Ending balance 5813.16. Savings Account 582.73. New Account 3950.00. Total Dollars on Deposit 10,345.89.
2. Old Business:

• Last meeting minutes approved.
• Paperwork still pending for club status.
• Team photos had printing errors. If you paid for the photos and would like to print your own, Charisse can email you the images. 
• Club accounts have been set up with Bank of Clark County.
• Cornucopia Classic & Survivor Invitational- Great Job to all gymnasts who competed!

• Competitive Meets
• Fundraising-  All Wreath money needs to be turned in by 12/17/13. For future reference, please turn in money with orders. Traci Lynn Jewelry Fundraiser in January, date and place TBA. Considering a committee of people to do fundraising. Charisse Woodward to head up the mulch fundraiser in the Spring.
• Team Store not up yet/ may end up being done by the gym and not a fundraiser.
• Christmas Party Dec. 21st at 5pm- Bring a wrapped $5 gift to play Thieves Christmas game. Signup genius will be sent out for food and drinks. This is also on game night. Charisse volunteered for game night.
• Game night Volunteers/ Every 3rd Saturday 5:00pm-9:00 pm.

Hello All!
I hope you all had a safe and blessed Thanksgiving holiday! Our Boys & Girls jump started the meet season the weekend before Thanksgiving and kicked it off with a bang! We brought home a number of trophies and awards and most importantly, lots of smiles. We definitely wore our Competitive Edge names proudly!

Our next meet of the season, Christmas on the Chesapeake is coming up just one week from today. This is a very large meet, boasting over 2000 girls from as far North as Massachusetts and as far South as North Carolina. This meet runs notoriously ON TIME, it's very well orchestrated and very well timed. Please show up when you are requested and plan for traffic... Always try to be to your venue 30 minutes early if at all possible.
If your child is competing in the upcoming meet please look at the following information and plan accordingly:
Level 4: Needs to be ON THE FLOOR Friday at 6pm (Gym #3, Session #4) (Beam, Floor, Vault, Bars)
Level 8: Needs to be ON THE FLOOR Sunday at 8am (Gym #2, Session #1) (Beam, Floor, Vault, Bars)
Level 3: Needs to be ON THE FLOOR Sunday at 8am (Gym #3, Session #1) (Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam)
You can check in on the link to see the exact apparatus rotation schedule planned for your child, I've noted it above as well.
The COTC meet is held in Baltimore at the Baltimore Convention Center. The address isOne West Pratt St. Baltimore MD 21201 . The directions attached are from the gym in Winchester.
Just so you know, they do charge at this meet.
