Excel Warm-ups

 If you do not yet have an Excel Warm-up, please go online or to your store of choice (ex..Target) and have your gymnast in a black warm-up, for meets.

Mock Meet November 16th 2013 at Competitive Edge Gymnastics

• Gymnast need to arrive no later than 8:45am dressed in competition leo's ready to compete. 
• Space will be limited, please use both parking lots. 
• This meet is not recommended for family and friends to come and watch. It is to help prepare the gymnast for their first meet of the season. 
• To better prepare, refer to Meet Etiquette and Rules 

Meet Fees are due November 30th
All Fees are posted on the blog page under "Meet Fees$$$$"
