warm-ups

We have another set of sample sizes for our female gymnast to try on. These warm-ups are a tighter fit. Gymnast will be sized at the Friday and Saturday Practice times.

1st payment for meet registration is due at this time $350 per gymnast.

First installments of meet registration should be submitted in each gymnast’s account.  Registration begins September 1^st. 

If you do not submit payment your gymnast will not get registered. We as a club cannot support any hardship when payment is not made on time, it would jeopardize our tax exempt status if all members are not contributing equally. Therefore in order for all members to benefit from our tax exempt organization we must all contribute equally with no benefits to one member.  1st payment for meet registration is due at this time $350 per gymnast, checks made out to the CE BOOSTER CLUB.

• Old meeting minutes approved by all in attendance. (not enough in attendance)

• Zumba Fundraiser set for November 1, 2014.  More information to follow.  This is a gym fundraiser not a Boosters.
• All club agreement should be turned in.
• Thank you to all parents who volunteered at Gym Camp, you helped make it a great week for our gymnasts.
• Leo orders have been submitted.  Please see Caleb for payment if you have not done so.

C. New Business

• WE ARE TAX EXEMPT!! Thank you to everyone who worked this past year to make this happen.  Opens the door for more fundraising opportunities.
• 2014~2015 meet schedule has been posted on the Blog, subject to change.
• Warm~up samples are in for try on.  Please contact Jenney Perloff to arrange to try on.  This expense will be at some time in September.
• August car wash has been canceled.

·         Game Night will be held on 8/16/2014 from 5:00 until 9:00pm host Heather Sosebee.

·         Possible popcorn fundraiser presentation at the September Booster Club meeting (September 11, 2014)

·         Team photos will be taken November 8^th at 9:00am at the gym.  Mark your calendar all gymnast need to be in team photo.

·         Communication: please be sure to refer to our blog, club e~mails from cebooster@gmail.com, membership packets, or attend monthly meetings

     in order to stay informed with correct and up to date information.  Board members are also a good source of communication.  Elaine Carrier, Jenney Perloff,

     Charisse Woodward, Jen Groot, and Heather Sosebee.

End of the Season Celebration

Reminder:
We will be celebrating our competitive season with a Pool Party this Saturday June 7th from 4:00-6:00pm.
All competitive gymnast who competed in the 2013-2014 season are invited along with their family members. A food sign-up email was sent out with the address.
Any photos you would like to share please email Charisse or Caleb and we will do our best to get them posted.
