2.Old Business:
-Last meeting minutes approved.
-Paperwork is still pending for club status.
- Possible fundraiser Zumba is set for 11/01/2014. This may be a gym fundraiser and not
boosters.
interested in custom made dowel grips for level 4 and up- Tien 301-840-5900 from Gaithersburg, MD.
- Leo orders ($150-$190), backpack orders ($30) are done through the gym. Please see Caleb. Orders for backpack due July 14th. Orders for leo due August 1st.
-First installment of meet fees due August 1st ($350) per gymnast.
-Warm ups sample sizes will come in this summer and ordering info will go out at that time. Everyone has to purchase a new warm up. Cannot use old warm ups.
-USAG membership due July 14th ($54 for team and $20 for Xcel) -July car wash may be cancelled. Will update via email if a date is set.

3.New Business:
- All Club agreements should be turned in.
- Gym Camp starts July 14th.
- All gymnasts need to purchase a jump rope and ankle weights to be used at the gym. If

End of the Season Celebration

Reminder:
We will be celebrating our competitive season with a Pool Party this Saturday June 7th from 4:00-6:00pm.
All competitive gymnast who competed in the 2013-2014 season are invited along with their family members. A food sign-up email was sent out with the address.
Any photos you would like to share please email Charisse or Caleb and we will do our best to get them posted.
Gymnast bring your beach ball and makers for autograph's!

Kids Fest / May 17th

 Kidz Fest event is scheduled for this coming Saturday, May 17th 2014 downtown Winchester on the "walking mall" from 11:00 until 5:00.  Before the event we need some help with set up and delivery of equipment.  If anyone has a truck and can help move mats and other gym equipment everything needs to be moved down to the "walking mall" between 8:45am and 9:15am, please let Tammy know if you are available to help. 

    Our booth number for Kidz Fest is 45 (across from Union Jacks)

 Our booth location is on the North end of the walking mall (Boswcawen is the dividing line between North and South on the Walking Mall)  and your booth will be set up next to the Scott and Stringfellow Building (110 N. Loudoun St.)

Membership Information Packets

Membership Information packets were finalized at the last board meeting and distributed at the Annual Meeting. All Competitive Gymnast and Parents must review and sign the acknowledgement agreement of the seasonal commitment if they wish to compete in the 2014-2015 Competitive Season, otherwise your status will be inactive. The CE Gym also has a Team Manual and Gymnast Contract that is due for the upcoming season. If you have not received your information packet please contact a board member or the front desk so that your gymnast will be properly registered.
Feel free to ask questions regarding the upcoming season at our General Membership Meeting this Thursday night 6:30pm at the Gym. Meetings are held monthly and are the best way to stay informed.

Annual Booster Club Meeting

Please be sure to attend the Competitive Edge Booster Club Annual Meeting this Thursday 4-10-14 6:30pm at the Gym. Floor Nominations and Election of Club Officers will take place with all those members in attendance. CE Booster Club Membership Packets will also be distributed for the upcoming season.

Mulch Fundraiser

Reminder
Attention all CE Booster Club Members:
Our "Mulch Fundraiser" has begun. Order forms are at the gym, please have checks made out to CE Booster Club. Each gymnast must participate to make this Fundraiser a success, all orders are due March 11th,  Delivery of mulch sold will take place the weekend of March 21st. Please contact Charisse with any questions.

• Competitive Meets: Meet Coordinator emails all the information in detail as soon as it is released. Please contact Jessica Redden with any questions. State Meet is the last meet of the season.
• Membership Information Packet that is being put in place by the board of directors for the upcoming season. Draft copies available.
• Booster Coach Fee Policy is being put in place by the Board of directors. Draft copies available. Will discuss coach fees next monthly booster club meeting.
• Fundraising:

   With all the many great ideas for fundraisers, it is a group effort. So, to insure we have the “man-power”, please have a group of 5 club members to pursue ideas in fundraising. Feel free to present ideas at the monthly club meetings.

    Mulch Fundraiser coming soon for Spring. Remember, this is a good opportunity to reduce the coach fees for everyone!
